 Why Didn't the state/county notified me about the Unclaimed Funds ?

Sometimes the state/county sends the notice to an address you no longer live at. The state/county may try to find you, if they can't your name ends up on the unclaimed funds list.

How did you get my information ?

 We get information from court records using pacer.uscourts.gov or by using counties records. Counties/State Court records are public information.

 Where did this Unclaimed Funds/Asset come from?

This can come from Bank accounts you forgot about, Tax sales if the property sold for more than you owed, Foreclosure sale if the property sold for more than you owed and much more.

Are there any up front Fees?

 We charge NO upfront fees and handle all of the filings for you. we only receive payment if we are successful in recovering the funds.

 What do we do?

WE work directly with the county on assisting individuals in filing claims. We perform an audit on the county records and they provide us information and updates on statuses of claims.
